With over 20 years’ experience in the workforce solutions industry, Charles experience spans across economics, advocacy, risk management, lobbying, compliance and professional standards. Charles joined the RCSA as Chief Executive in May 2016, and since that time has established the foundations for an employment services certification scheme which will define professional service providers within the marketplace in Australia and New Zealand for years to come. Charles is a Director of the World Employment Confederation and is the Chair of the National Federations Committee.

Rachelle Towart OAM - CEO and Founder, Pipeline Talent
Few people have had a greater impact on developing the capabilities and aspirations of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander leaders than Rachelle Towart. As an Indigenous woman with a powerful personal story of the effectiveness of leadership development, Rachelle has elevated awareness of the importance of Indigenous leadership and governance capacity to the national stage. Moving to the Australian Indigenous Leadership Centre in 2004, Rachelle was appointed CEO in 2007 and transformed the organisation, tripling revenue and more than doubling enrolments while putting Indigenous leadership firmly on the national agenda. She formed Pipeline Talent to build support for emerging Indigenous leaders after recognising the need for an improved range of tailored support programs for Indigenous executives. Rachelle was awarded an Order of Australia Medal in 2018 in recognition of her achievements in building Indigenous leadership capability across Australia.

Kerry McQuillan - General Manager, Diversity & Inclusion, Randstad
Kerry is responsible for collaborating across Randstad’s internal business to deliver an inclusive culture and partnering with Randstad’s clients on their Diversity and Inclusion strategies, policies and goals. Kerry has worked in the HR and Recruitment industry for 16 years both in the UK and Australia, with 14 of those years being with Randstad. Kerry’s focus is helping to foster inclusion, promote broader perspectives and drive diverse thinking and business results which will help Randstad deliver a distinctive experience for their clients, candidates and for themselves. Kerry is passionate about inclusion and supporting people in obtaining meaningful employment and reducing as many barriers as possible.
