Why are women in tennis, golf and other sports paid less than men?  Why don't women's sports receive the same media coverage as men's?  Is the answer simply that sports women are worth less?

- nationally recognised in the IT sector and a well-known mentor for women in business.  Diana has developed a successful group mentoring program for professional women called Xplore which promotes the importance of mentoring and networking to assist professional women with career resiliency.
